Exponential by Adam Cesare

Finished Video Night in a few days and loved every minute of it. Then I had this book by the same author recommended to me, selling me with the premise is The Blob 1989 meets Tremors.

A janitor for a biological research firm "rescues" a lab mouse after witnessing the effects of the testing done on subjects prior. His good intentions end up costing him his life when the lab's experiment literally explodes out of the mouse he tried saving, leaving the white pelt of the mouse behind, but taking its innards with it, swirling it around in a small, gelatinous pile of gore with a appetite for flesh. Oh and meth dealers.

In just the first four chapters. I bought it without a second thought.
